Hello my crafty friends, it's been a while since I been on , but I have a new bundle of joy!! My baby boy was born on Feb. 8 and We named him Peyton Alexander:) He is such an angel and I have been real busy taking care of him and our other two children, I feel so blessed, I will post pics of him later. It is Challenge time at Cardz Tv my fav time;) This week you may create anything you would like, Card , Scrapbook page etc, and join in on the challenge to win a set of Cardz Tv Stamps from Mary, Just stop by CARDZ TV and enter it is so much fun!! Cardz Tv Challenge #5 Tickled Pink

It's Cardz Tv Challenge time and you guys should get excited to win a set of Mary's Awesome stamps! Challenge #5 is called "Tickled Pink" Make a card using Pink as your primary color! ( My Fav) simple as that!!
The challenge will run from Friday, Feb 3rd at 12:01 AM EST to midnight EST on Sunday, Feb 5th with the challenge winner announced on the following Monday, Feb 6th. For my card I took three hearts and distressed them, inked them, layered them, and used a sentiment in the middle I HEART U from her new Valentine release called "Hugs and Kisses"! Simple as that:) For my card when I think of summer I think of the awesome strawberries we get to pick and eat in Louisiana:) We love them! Christmas Wreath

Hi this is my second post for the night, wow!! I wanted to share with you a wreath I have been working on. I used the Winter Woodland Cricut Cartridge to make the holly leaves on the wreath. It took me about three days to make. I used three different colors of green cardstock. I cut the leaves out at different sizes , and I scored every leaf, sprayed some with glimmer mist, inked them, and curled them. I finally hot glued them onto a foam wreath and added some red berries. I loved the way it turned out! I plan on hanging it in my new craftroom my hubby is making for me:) Have a great night everyone!!

Hi I hope everyone is have a great weekend! I made my card today for Emma 's Throwback Thursday challenge over at MyCreativeTime. This challenge is to use a card feature on an older cartridge and it has to be Halloween themed. For my card I used the Wild Card cartridge for the card base , and Wrap it Up Cartridge for the witch. Make a Child's Birthday card using something you'd see in a jungle...monkey, lion, tiger, giraffe, zebra, hippo, etc. and any cartridges or colors you'd like!. It's another Throwback Thursday Challenge over at My Creative Time with Emma:) For this challenge You can use any Cricut Lite Cartridge and use stickles or bling and add it to your project. I used the Cricut Lite Cart Carousel for the cotton candy! I embossed it and added some stickles. I also cut out my tickets from a die I just got in from papertrey ink! Hi everyone, I hope you are having a wonderful day! It is Throwback Thursday with Emma and for this challenge is to use any older cartridge and create a 3-D item! I made a popcorn treat bag using Tags, Bags, Boxes, and More Cricut Cartridge. I used My Creative Time Stamps Polka Dot Surprise to stamp Surprise on the Star tag. I added ribbon along the box and some yellow and white twine to tie the popcorn bag close. I hope you like it, I even made homemade popcorn for it!! I love Throwback Thursday's with Emma so much fun!!!

I love Throwback Thursday Challenges at My Creative Time with Emma! This weeks Challenge is to make a scrapbook layout using any Cricut Lite Cartridges. I used Sugar and Spice Cricut Lite Cartridge for my layout. I cut out my moon, stars, bear and background paper out using this cart. I love it, and you can't have a layout without using Emma's stamps! I had fun creating this layout , I need to catch up on all of my scrapbook pages! I hope all of you have a great weekend!

Hello and Happy Monday to all of my followers! Today is another challenge at Scrapbookaholic By Abby Challenge. This challenge is to use an animal and the color orange, Love Your Pet Challenge. ASPC has an event in April preventing of cruelty of animals month. It's time for another Cricut Cardz Challenge . This week's challenge is to make a 9 x 4 tall card using any colors or cartridge of your choice. When I thought of tall card the Cricut Cartridge Stretch Your Imagination came to my mind. I cut these little chicks from that cartridge, and tried to make them look like peeps, thats why some of them are blue:) I used the stamp Hello Chickie from Emma's My Creative Time Color Me Happy Stamp Set! I added some doodling with my white gel pen, and my ribbon and button came from Paper Trey Ink:) This is such a fun challenge come and play along with us at CCC and have fun!!!!

Hi to my crafty friends! I wanted to do another Throwback Thursday Challenge with Emma at My Creative Time. I love her challenges they are so much fun, Plus I like to use her Awesome stamps!!! This week's challenge is to make a card or scrapbook layout using the Cricut Cartridge Walk in My Garden.You also have to include flowers on the project. So I thought when I think of flowers I think of the cute little watering can. Hi to all of my followers,today is another challenge over at CCC!! Make a card using any cartridges or theme you like,but using the colors RED, BLACK, WHITE only! Here is what I came up with. I used an A2 size card. All my paper I used came from Papertrey Ink. I embossed using my cuttlebug folder coming from the Love is in the Air embossing folders. Cute little candy hearts ( I loved those when I was a kid!) I used Love Struck cartridge for the heart and did some white stitching. I used Mother's Day Boutique cartridge for the flower I layered (Love that cart!) ! I hope everyone can hop on over to CCC and play along with us!!

Hi Everyone!! It's time for another CCC:) This week challenge is to make a Christmas card and to add a mini banner to the front using any colors and carts you like. This was such a fun challenge for me because I got to use my new favorite Cricut Cart. Jolly Holidays. I added some cute little touches to my elf and of course my banner had to have some bows. Such a fun card to make) It is an A2 size card and I used kraft cardstock, K and Co Christmas paper. I used my Gypsy to design my card. I cut my little elf out at 3 inches and added some bling and a Peachy Keen stamp. I also stamped the inside of my card with Pink by Design stamps the Jolly Holidays stamps it fit perfect! I hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween! Today we carved pumpkins, and went trick or treating:) My kids had a great time. I wanted to share a photo of my kids Halloween costumes. My son is a ghoul, and my daughter is Luigi, yes I wanted her to be a beautiful princess for Halloween but she wanted to be her fav game character she loves to play on the wii. So I gave in and let her, Everyone loved them!!! We had fun and now have lots of candy:):)

Cricut Cardz Challenge #47

For challenge #47, make a card for Breast Cancer Awareness using any cartridges or colors you'd like. I used Hello Kitty Cricut Cartridge. I used the card feature, and cut this little cutie out. Throwback Thursday Challenge!!

Hi everyone!! This week Emma wants us to use Everyday Paper Dolls Cricut Cartridge and it is an animal theme. I didn't realize how many cute carts they had on this cart! I used the little parrot and stand. We can't have a parrot without feathers so I added some cute white fuzzy to his head. I used Papertrey ink paper and the pattern paper is from DCWV Animal Crakers stack. I used some twine and I embossed the little stand using my cuttlebug!! Hope everyone enjoys there Sunday evening.

Hi everyone! For this Throwback Thursday Challenge you have to make a card, but you can not use your cricut! I thought this was a fun idea! I used K@Company Spooktacular for the Polka dots ,Because Emma loves Polka dots, I used kraft cardstock for the base of my card , and I used a cut out and border from Midnight Spell from DCWV . I added some ribbon and some bling with my I rock tool:) Hope everyone likes it!!

I would like to take the time out and say a prayer for everyone that lost there life on 9/11. I will never forget what happen that day! When I woke up that morning I had left the TV on from the night before, When I sat up I saw a plane crashing into the world trade center and then a few minutes later another. Tears began to flow from my eyes. I will never forget and always remember our hero's and would like to say Thank You to all who serve and risk there life for ours! God Bless:)

For challenge # 41, make a card for Fall using any cartridges you'd like and any colors EXCEPT, NO brown, orange or yellow. My card I used Potpourri Basket Cricut Cartridge. I cut my wreath out at 3 inches, I used Divine Swirl embossing folder for the cuttlebug, all my paper I used Paper Trey Ink. I have been wanting to make a Halloween card and I got my Scrappy Mom Stamps in and I had to make this card! I designed it in my gypsy and I used a few Cricut Carts for this card! I think it turned out so cute, It was very fun to make !! I wanted my little witch to look like she threw her boots off and set her broom down to relax, ha ha !

The mail man brought me Country life, Rock Princess, and Mini Monsters yesterday and I had to make this little chicken with the Country Life Cartridge. Hi guys It's another Throwback Thursday Challenge at My Creative Time with Emma. I love these challenges they are so much fun. This Thursday is Back to School challenge using the Paisley Cart. I don't have that one so I used Doodlecharms on this little package I made for my son. When he opens his backpack he will find a little surprise. I also used My Community Cart for the stop sign. I used seeing spots embossing folder for the cover and doodled with my gel pens on the bus and signs. Hope everyone enjoys.

Happy 12th Aniversary to Me and My Husband!

Hi guys tommorrow August 14, 2010 will be me and my husband's 12th year Anniversary! We dated for four years, so we really been together for 16 years! We will be going on a date tommorrow so I decided to post it today. I made him this simple card using George and Basic Shapes Cartridge. I used my swiss dots embossing folder and chalked the edges of the numbers and heart. I used a stamp from a collection I purchased from Micheals. I used some papers from My mind's Eye, and Paper Trey ink.I know it's for a man, but I had to put my girly touch and add a white satin ribbon. Hope you guys enjoy and I would like to say Thank you to all of my followers for the nice comments:)
